Senior Clinic Manager
You’ll be a Registered General Nurse with a current NMC/NMBI, have at least 5 years renal experience as well as experience at clinic manager level.
You’ll be responsible for clinical units within a defined area/location, you will be a key support to Clinic Managers and their Deputy Clinic Managers on an ongoing basis with such tasks as provision of quality patient care, compliance, management of the corrective and preventative action (CAPA) process and support in the delivery of training.
Clinic Manager
As a clinic manager you will be a Registered General Nurse with a current NMC/NMBI Registration along with significant Renal Experience and proven success in leadership roles is required.
You’ll be leading a team in a safe and caring way, along with liaising with patients and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans to ensure we provide the best possible care. You will work with the NHS Trust multi-disciplinary team of staff.
Deputy Clinic Manager
Our deputy clinic managers must be a Registered General Nurse with a current NMC/NMBI Registration and will have already gained significant renal experience.
You’ll support day to day for the Clinic Manager and deputise in their absence covering all aspects of their role. You’ll manage clinical shifts, and act as a role model for members of the clinical team.
