Facilities Management Coordinator 

Here at Fresenius Medical Care we have an exciting opportunity within our Technical Operations Team as a Facilities Management Co-ordinator. 

We are looking for somebody from a helpdesk background who is customer focused and confident with dealing with customers over the phone. You will a natural problem solver with a logical approach, excellent IT skills and has a sound knowledge of all Microsoft packages. You must have a good understanding of facilities management.

What does the role involve? 

You will: 

  • Answer incoming calls from trusts, FMC clinics, home patients, suppliers and technicians 
  • Manage the department email inbox 
  • Log calls and complete follow up on all received queries 
  • Create purchase orders and manage invoices 
  • Management supplier relationships and invoices

This is a full-time role of 37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. This is a remote position with occasional visits to the office required.
